1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. Please review our Terms of Service for complete eligibility details.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable/digital content
  • Final sale or perishable items
  • Health and personal care items that have been opened

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Photos may be required. We’ll respond with instructions for next steps.

4. Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

5. Damaged or Defective Items

Report damage or defects within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund at no cost. See our Shipping Policy for transit guidelines.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us with your order information.

7. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived, first check your payment account and then contact your bank or card issuer. If issues persist, contact us for assistance.
