You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. Please review our Terms of Service for complete eligibility details.

Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Report damage or defects within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund at no cost. See our Shipping Policy for transit guidelines.
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us with your order information.
