1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (PST) will be processed the next business day.

2. U.S. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery windows after dispatch:

Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS): 3–6 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days (available in select states)

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders over $50.

3. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

4. Address Accuracy

Make sure your delivery address is correct. ErectoninMD is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to inaccurate addresses. Redelivery fees may apply.

5. Missed Deliveries

If delivery fails and the package is returned to us, we’ll reach out to arrange redelivery. A new shipping fee may be charged.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received the package, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for packages lost after delivery.

7. Discreet Packaging

All ErectoninMD shipments are sent in plain, unbranded packaging to protect your privacy. Product details are never visible externally.

8. U.S. Shipping Coverage

Currently, we ship only within the United States. For updates on international availability, please subscribe to our newsletter or follow us online.
